The bureau keeps a vault, and every Regulator is redeemable against it at a published backing value — a hard bid under the whole register that does not depend on sentiment. Redemption burns the token and pays the floor; reclaiming a redeemed file costs the floor plus a 5% premium, routed straight back into the case-reward pot.

The Incinerator is already open — shred officers in the clearance panel above and the bonus $REG points are yours at TGE. The remaining desks unlock the moment the token generation event lands; your clearance carries over.
Audit Desk
Stake $REG to audit another player's open call. Upheld audits pay from the audited stake; frivolous cases forfeit yours.
Case Templates
Chairmen publish original audit templates and collect a royalty on every case filed with them.
Redemption Window
Burn at the floor, reclaim at floor + 5% — the doubt premium that funds honest auditors.
